Planting 3 million trees within the city of Al-Ahsa

In response to the challenges posed by climate change and rising temperatures, Al-Ahsa initiated a comprehensive cross- sectoral campaign aimed at planting approximately 3 million trees within the city, along its outskirts, and on the borders of the Al-Ahsa oasis.

This endeavour aligns with Sustainable Development Goals 13 and 15.

The campaign witnessed extensive participation from the public, private, and civil society sectors.
